General
• Klyvo.co.in is an online cake-selling platform offering cakes, desserts, and bakery items.
• By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Products & Images
• All product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in design, decoration, and color, as each cake is handcrafted.
• The size, weight, ingredients, and design information provided is approximate.
• Custom cake designs depend on feasibility and available materials.
Orders & Payment
• Orders must be placed through www.klyvo.co.in or our official contact channels.
• All payments must be completed online through secure payment gateways.
• We do not store any banking or card information.
• Order confirmation will be sent via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
Order Modification & Cancellation
Modifications
• Changes to the order (design, message, delivery time, etc.) must be requested at least 24 hours before delivery.
• For custom cakes, modifications may not be possible once production begins.
Cancellations
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are processed or prepared.
• For cancellations requested before processing, a partial refund may be given as per our Refund Policy.
Delivery Policy
• Delivery is available in selected locations. Delivery areas may change without prior notice.
• Delivery time slots are approximate; slight delays may occur due to traffic, location issues, or weather.
• For incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, delays or failed deliveries are not our responsibility.
• If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery will be attempted once more or left with a neighbor/security as per feasibility.
Pickup Policy (If Applicable)
• If you choose self-pickup, ensure the cake is collected at the scheduled time.
• We are not responsible for damage to the cake after pickup.
Quality & Freshness
• All cakes are freshly prepared using quality ingredients.
• Cakes should be stored in a refrigerator and consumed within the recommended time.
• Once delivered, we are not responsible for mishandling or improper storage by the customer.
Refunds & Replacement
Refunds will be processed only in the following conditions:
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged cake delivered
• Failed delivery due to our fault
Replacement or partial refund will be decided based on evidence (photos/videos shared within 1 hour of delivery).
No refund will be issued for:
• Taste preference
• Melted frosting due to customer delay
• Incorrect address or unavailability of recipient
• Custom design differences within acceptable limits
Pricing & Availability
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Product availability is subject to stock, ingredients, and seasonal factors.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Intellectual Property
• All content on this website (text, images, logo, design) is the property of Klyvo.co.in and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
• Delivery delays due to external factors
• Allergic reactions to ingredients (customers must read product descriptions or contact us before ordering)
• Issues arising from customer mishandling after delivery
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
User Responsibilities
By placing an order, you agree that:
• You will provide accurate contact and delivery information
• You will be available to receive the order
• You understand the limitations of handmade cakes and natural variations
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party delivery services, payment gateways, and marketing tools.
Their individual Terms & Conditions also apply.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in Delhi court
