Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with KLYVO.
We take pride in delivering freshly crafted cakes, candles, flower pots, and indoor plants with great care.

Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

No Refund on Cakes & Perishable Items

Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on:

• Cakes
• Cupcakes
• Pastries
• Customized or personalized orders
• Fresh plants or flowers

Once an order is prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Cancellation Policy

A. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it, only if it has not been processed.
To cancel, contact us immediately at:

Cancellations requested after the order is processed or dispatched cannot be accepted.

B. Order Cancellation by Klyvo

We may cancel an order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Delivery location issues
• Technical errors

In such cases, a full refund will be issued (if payment was already made).

Refunds (Applicable Only When Eligible)

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

✔ Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice due to a payment gateway error.

✔ Order Cancelled by Klyvo

If we cancel the order due to unavoidable reasons.

Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

We ensure high-quality packaging and careful delivery.
However, if the product delivered is:

• Damaged,
• Incorrect, or
• Not matching your order,

You must share clear photos at the time of taking Delivery:

If verified, we will issue:

• A replacement or
• A coupon of equal value (as per the discussion)

Note: No replacement/refund for taste preference or design variations.

Non-Delivered Orders

If your order is not delivered due to our fault, you will receive:

• A full refund, or
• A free re-delivery (where possible)

However, refunds will not be issued if the customer:

• Provides incorrect address,
• Does not answer delivery calls,
• Is unavailable at the delivery location,
• Requests a change in address last minute.

Refund Timeline

If eligible, refunds will be processed within:

• 5–7 working days for Online Payments
• As per payment gateway timelines

Refunds will be issued only to the original source of payment.
